Who We Are
We started this project in the summer of 2023. Like most, we'd grown tired of the daily grind, and wanted more! We were tired of wondering “what if” or “why can't we”. So, this time we did something about it.
After a few discussions and several minutes of in-depth research,
we had a plan, start a food truck!
Since we had no idea what we're doing, we thought we should set at least one rule,
“Don’t do it like everyone else!”
In August we purchased the trailer, 2024 Quality Cargo - Open Back Concession. End to end it’s 30 feet long,
and now weighs over 7,000 lbs.
We sent it to get outfitted with all new appliances without ever seeing it, scary.
It’s equipped with a 54,000 BTU convection oven on the back porch. With a 60-inch exhaust hood, 36-inch griddle, double burner stove,
48-inch refrigerated prep table, and four sinks.
No fryers, no freezers, no microwaves!
After months of fabrication / delays, we got it home in late January 2024.
We named it Baked N Loaded.
Obviously, this can be taken in a few ways, but it only refers to the food and not ownership. In case you missed it, we used an “N”, instead of “and” to keep it original. It represents our last name, so creative…
